Oettinger has been brewing beer since 1331. They are Germany's #1 selling beer brand. That is due to low price, not high quality. They have cut costs by having nearly a fully-automated process, with few human workers. Basically, they sell quantity, not quality. It's not a bad beer, but really not a good beer. Bad German beer is still better than bad American beer, but not worth the extra effort of finding it.
